Preparation work before starting the machine
1、Newly purchased rock drills are coated with anti-rust grease of high viscosity, and must be disassembled clearly before use. 3、Check the air pressure and water pressure of the workplace. The air pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, too high will speed up the damage of mechanical parts, too low will reduce the efficiency of rock drilling and rust the mechanical parts. Water pressure is generally 0.2-0.3MPa, too high water pressure will be filled into the machine to destroy lubrication, reduce the efficiency of the rock drill and rust mechanical parts; too low is poor flushing effect.
4、Whether the pneumatic rock meets the quality requirements, the use of unqualified pneumatic rock is prohibited.

9、Hydraulic rock drills should be required to have good sealing of hydraulic system to prevent the hydraulic oil from being polluted and to ensure the hydraulic oil has constant pressure.
Precautions when working
1. When drilling, it should rotate slowly, and after the depth of the hole reaches 10-15mm, then gradually turn to full operation. In the process of rock drilling In the process of rock drilling, the brazing rod should be made to advance in a straight line according to the hole design and be located in the center of the hole.
2. The shaft thrust should be reasonably test-driven during rock drilling. If the shaft thrust is too small, the machine will jump back, the vibration will increase and the efficiency of rock drilling will be reduced. If the thrust is too large, the braze will be tightened at the bottom of the eye and the machine will run under overload, which will wear out the parts prematurely and slow down the rock drilling speed.
3、When the rock drill is stuck, the thrust of the shaft should be reduced, and it can gradually become normal. If it is not effective, it should be stopped immediately. First use the wrench to slowly Turn the pneumatic rock, then open the air pressure to make the pneumatic rock turn slowly, and forbid to deal with it by knocking the pneumatic rock.
4、Observe the powder discharge situation frequently. When the powder discharge is normal, the mud will flow out slowly along with the hole opening; otherwise, blow the hole strongly. If it is still not effective, Check the water hole of the brazing rod and the state of the brazing tail, then check the water needle situation and replace the damaged parts.
